Who receives the information
Messages sent through the quote, contact, and careers forms are received so the Karachi desk can answer them. The correspondence address shown on the site is info@emaanlogistics.com. The forms are the working route for a reply from this website.
What you are asked for
Quote requests ask for a company, a name, an email, an optional phone number, the places the cargo moves between, a mode, an optional incoterm, a cargo description, and an optional ready date. Contact messages ask for a name, email, subject, and message. Expressions of interest ask for a name, email, optional phone, a role type, a city, and a short note on experience.
Do not send passport copies, national identity numbers, bank details, or customer invoices that contain prices you would not put in an ordinary email. The forms are not a document vault.
Why it is used
Enquiry details are used to reply, to prepare a quote, or to consider an expression of interest when the desk is hiring. They are not sold. This site does not run advertising trackers, and it does not ask you to create an account.
How long it is kept
A commercial enquiry is kept long enough to answer it and to remember what was offered if you write again about the same cargo. An expression of interest is kept so it can be read when a relevant seat is being filled, and not as a public profile. On this website build, submissions are accepted by the site’s server for that purpose.
The tracking page
The shipment tracker shows four sample consignments that were written for the demonstration. Looking up a number does not identify you to a carrier, and it does not retrieve a live file.
Asking about your information
To ask what we hold from a form you sent, use the contact form and include the reference number the site gave you. We will use the email on that submission to reply.
