The site is published by Emaan Logistics, Karachi, Pakistan, part of the Emaan Group of Companies. It describes forwarding services. It is not a carrier’s tariff and it is not a customs ruling.
Quotes
A submission on the quote form is a request for a price. It does not reserve space on a vessel, an aircraft, or a truck. Rates, transit indications, and scope are valid only for the cargo and the dates stated when we reply, and they can change if the cargo description was incomplete.
No operating statistics
Pages on this site do not state fleet sizes, shipment volumes, awards, or licence numbers. Do not treat the absence of those figures as a hidden claim, and do not treat any schematic lane board as a map of offices.
Demonstration tracking
The tracking page returns only the sample consignment numbers listed there. A result on that page is not evidence of the status of a real shipment, and a missing number is not evidence that a real file does not exist.
Acceptable use
Do not use the forms to send unlawful content, to impersonate another company, or to submit documents we did not ask for. We may ignore a message that is not a genuine enquiry.
Liability
Information on the site is written with care and can still be general. It is not advice for a particular customs entry or a particular contract of carriage. To the extent the law of Pakistan allows, Emaan Logistics is not liable for decisions you take from these pages alone. Responsibility for a shipment begins only when a booking is confirmed.
